This 8-hour course focuses on advanced and effective communication and relating positive public service in the law enforcement environment, emphasizing both internal service to peers and supervisors and external service to the community we serve. Participants will explore practical communication strategies, professionalism, and relationship-building skills that enhance public trust, operational efficiency, and organizational culture. The course is designed to provide immediately applicable tools for day-to-day law enforcement interactions with an emphasis on advanced communication.
